All prices listed on the website are in AED and represent the cost per individual.
All vehicles used for our city tours and safaris are outfitted with emergency first aid kits, fire extinguishers, safety belts, and air conditioning. Each vehicle in our fleet is fully licensed and insured to accommodate up to six passengers, not including the driver. It is mandatory for all passengers to wear seat belts at all times.
Photography of military and specific government facilities is not allowed. Additionally, it is essential to obtain prior consent before taking pictures of Emiratis. Furthermore, photographing Emirati women is prohibited.
Musandam Tourism LLC reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the tour program without prior notice due to climatic conditions, government regulations, or public holidays.
The complete payment must need to be made upon tour confirmation.
The maximum waiting time needed for passenger pick-up for any tour is 15 minutes.
Our drivers are required to depart once the designated waiting period has elapsed. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted thereafter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Tour departure will incur no charges.
However, if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the Tour departure time, a full charge will apply.
If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within seven working days.
Child Policy
Children under the age of 3 will be classified as infants and will be granted free admission.
Those aged between 3 and 10 years will be categorized as children and will incur the child admission fee.
Children over the age of 10 will be regarded as adults and will be subject to the adult admission rate.
